About Me :)
Hi I’m Jocelyn!! I started this website when I was 17, and I’m currently 19. This platform is a combo of my 3 favorite things: journaling 📝, traveling 🧳, and hanging out with my camera 📷.
I was born and raised in Taipei, Taiwan, a little country that I feel has just the perfect balance of everything. The city is fun and young, but somehow still surrounded by endless nature, where you can go from night markets and crowded streets to quiet tea houses hidden in the mountains. But more than anything, Taiwan has always felt incredibly warm to me. There’s a certain gentleness and comfort in the food, the people, and the way the city moves. A homey feeling I don’t feel anywhere else, though I may be biased.
JoceGoesPlaces is my lens on the world, to note the places I love, the little things that move me, and the moments I hope to remember. My goal here is to hopefully have something be of inspiration to step outside, wander somewhere unfamiliar, and to have a happy happy day :)
